Modern Living In A Natural Setting
Imagine living in an environment surrounded by pristine natural rainforest with a view of the city as well as the sea. As it is getting more and more difficult to be close to nature especially in highly populated Asian cities, this project will therefore be very much sought after by home buyers seeking peaceful living condition which is still close to the city.
The building itself has its own natural features in the form of sky gardens that breaks down the scale of the tower and enables residents to form their own little communities within the apartment.

The shape of all the towers are determined by the direction of sun penetration. The towers are sliced at an angle in order to allow natural daylight flooding the communal public spaces. This ingenious approach to create a livable community also helps in producing one of the most extraordinary new skyscraper forms.

- Elegant colonial building is preserved with new development proposed around it.
- Movable sun shading screening on the new building facade creates a dynamic and vibrant 'face' at the waterfront side of the development.
- Deep concrete overhangs break down the scale of the tower and create interesting shadow under the intense tropical sun.
